Aenne Wulferding is a Researcher and PhD candidate at the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance. Her work focuses on tax law, constitutional law, and the intersection of sustainability with democratic governance. She holds a law degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Bergen (2016–2022). She was awarded the Sylvester Jordan Prize (2022) and recognized as the top candidate in Bavaria’s first legal exam (2023).
