Adrienne Bitar

Adrienne Bitar is a Lecturer at Cornell University’s College of Arts and Sciences, affiliated with the American Studies Program. Her work bridges the history and culture of American food systems, health, and dietary trends, with a focus on how modernity shapes bodily anxieties and nutritional ideologies.
