Adrienn Rabin

Dr. Adrienn Rabin is an Adjunct Professor at the Herbert Wertheim School of Public Health & Human Longevity Science at University of California San Diego, where she co-founded the UC San Diego Dissemination and Implementation Science Center (DISC). She serves as a lead Implementation Scientist on multiple NIH and VA grants, including the VA Center of Excellence for Stress and Mental Health and NCI-funded Implementation Science Centers.

Her research focuses on dissemination and implementation science, with expertise in frameworks like RE-AIM and PRISM, stakeholder engagement, pragmatic study designs, and measurement harmonization. She has developed critical tools such as the D&I Models in Health Research Webtool and NIH Grid-enabled Measures Database to advance implementation science methodology.

Recent publications highlight applications in cancer prevention, PTSD interventions for veterans, colorectal cancer screening, and community-based pandemic response. Over 15 years, her work has spanned diverse settings including VA systems, safety-net clinics, and rural/low-resource environments.

Scientific awards include the NCI Competitive Innovation Award for PRISM Webtool. She co-directs the ACCORDS D&I Science Graduate Certificate Program and trains researchers globally through webtools, workshops, and doctoral courses.
