Adrie Straathof

Dr. Adrie Straathof is an Associate Professor and Section Leader in the Department of Bioprocess Engineering at Delft University of Technology's Faculty of Applied Sciences. His work focuses on sustainable bioprocess integration, microbial conversions, and in-situ product recovery. He leads research on renewable resource utilization (e.g., biomass and CO₂) in bioprocess design, emphasizing economically and environmentally sustainable systems.
