Professor Adriana Ianieri is a Full Professor at the University of Parma's Department of Food and Pharmaceutical Sciences, specializing in Food Inspection and Hygiene. With 30 years of expertise, her research focuses on microbiological risks in food of animal origin, pathogenic bacteria (e.g., Salmonella, Campylobacter), biofilm formation, antibiotic resistance, and decontamination technologies.
