Adrian S. Lewis is the Samuel B. Eckert Professor of Engineering at Cornell University's School of Operations Research and Information Engineering. His research focuses on nonsmooth optimization, variational analysis, and semi-algebraic geometry, with applications in control systems and applied modeling. He holds a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. from Cambridge University.
