Adrian Krishnasamy

Dr. Adrian Krishnasamy serves as Associate Professor and Graduate Coordinator for Organizational Communications in the Department of Communications at the College of Arts & Sciences. His scholarly work examines media's impact on marginalized communities through lenses of race, class, gender, and feminist theory.

His educational background includes:

• Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Communication from the University of Central Missouri
• Doctorate in Communication and Culture with intercultural/organizational emphasis from Howard University

Research spans intercultural dynamics, organizational behavior, and critical media analysis, reflected in courses like interpersonal communication, mass media studies, and public speaking. He emphasizes inclusive pedagogy and community engagement as pathways to student success beyond perceived limitations.
