Adrian Fish is an Associate Professor and Chair of the Division of Media Arts at NSCAD University in Halifax, Canada. He holds an MFA from York University and undergraduate degrees from OCAD University and Sheridan College. His work merges photography with drone technology, focusing on urban infrastructure and its intersection with natural environments. His research includes documenting transportation networks, post-industrial sites, and Cold War-era surveillance archives.
Notable exhibitions include The Stasi Archives (Wired Magazine, 2017) and The Aesthetics of Infrastructure series (2015–2020). He developed Canada's first Transport Canada-certified drone piloting course for media artists, integrating emerging tech into art education.
