Adrià Rofes

Adrià Rofes is an Associate Professor in the Department of Neurolinguistics at the Faculty of Arts, University of Groningen. His research focuses on clinical linguistics, neuropsychology, and brain mapping techniques like direct electrical stimulation (DES) and navigated TMS. He leads the Language Testing and Brain Surgery Lab (LTABS), which investigates language processing in patients with brain tumors, neurodegenerative diseases, and infections. His work integrates behavioral testing with neuroimaging to improve pre-surgical language mapping and patient outcomes.
