Adolfo Ausín is a Visiting Assistant Professor of Spanish Linguistics at the Department of Romance and Classical Studies, Michigan State University. He received his BA in Spanish Philology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and his Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Connecticut in 2001.
- Role: Teaches upper-level undergraduate and graduate Spanish courses (Grammar, Phonetics, Syntax).
- Additional Teaching: Offers "Roles of Language and Society" through the Center for Integrative Studies in the Arts and Humanities.
Research Focus: Combines Spanish syntax, pedagogy, and digital learning environments. He pioneered hybrid and fully online Spanish and IAH courses at Michigan State University and conducts workshops on digital teaching methodologies.
