Adis Selimi

Dr. Adis Selimi is a part-time Researcher at Saarland University and Trier University, with a focus on Political Philosophy, Legal Philosophy, and Migration Ethics. He completed his PhD magna cum laude at Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf in 2024, where he also earned his MA (2018) and BA (2016) in Philosophy and History.

• Research Interests: Just War Theory, Philosophy of International Law, Proportionality, and Ethics of Migration.
• Publications: His 2025 monograph Die Politische Philosophie der Staatenanerkennung and a 2022 co-authored article on Common Good Arguments in Migration Ethics.
