About
Adam Adikimenakis is a Research Fellow affiliated with both the University of Crete's Physics Department and the Microelectronics Research Group (MRG) at FORTH-IESL. He holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Crete where he also completed his BSc and MSc degrees.
His research focuses on III-Nitride semiconductor materials grown via molecular beam epitaxy, with applications in electronic and optoelectronic devices. Current investigations include wide bandgap semiconductor heterostructures, quantum technologies, and nanostructure design for advanced semiconductor systems.
