Adelmo Eloy is a Research Fellow with the Teaching and Learning Technologies Lab (TLTL) at Columbia University and a doctoral student at the University of São Paulo. His current work focuses on curriculum design and teacher education in K-12 Computer Science and STEM fields, alongside research into computational literacies in STEM Education.
Adelmo holds the following academic degrees:
- Master of Science in Learning, Design and Technology from Stanford University
- Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of São Paulo
His research interests span Computing Education, Learning Sciences, STEM Education, Curriculum Design, Teacher Education, and Computational Literacies. Prior to his current roles, he collaborated on professional development programs in CS Education with Departments of Education and local universities in Brazil, emphasizing pedagogical innovation in STEM disciplines.
