Adel Nasser is a Senior Lecturer in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Manchester's School of Mechanical, Aerospace & Civil Engineering (MACE). He holds a BSc from the University of El-Fateh, Libya, an MSc from the University of Salford, and a PhD from UMIST. His research focuses on computational fluid dynamics (CFD), renewable energy systems (wind and solar), turbulence modeling, and heat transfer innovations. He leads projects on energy efficiency, including photovoltaic cooling systems and wind turbine inspection technologies. Nasser collaborates on thermal energy storage, nanofluids, and phase change materials (PCMs). He has supervised at least one PhD student and contributed to over 50 peer-reviewed articles and datasets.
