Dr Adefolake Adeyeye is an Assistant Professor in Commercial Law at Durham Law School, Durham University. She previously taught at Monash Law School and various institutions in Singapore. Her academic background includes a PhD from the National University of Singapore (NUS), an LLM from the University of Cambridge, and an LLB from the University of Buckingham. She holds professional affiliations as an attorney in New York State, an associate member of the UK Corporate Governance Institute, and an affiliate at Monash University's Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies.
Her research focuses on the intersection of law, business, and society, with particular emphasis on integrating Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into corporate law and practice. Teaching areas include Advanced Issues in International Legal Governance, Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Contract Law.
