Adam Zadroga is a Professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) in the Department of Social Moral Theology. He holds a habilitacja degree in theological sciences and has a dual academic background in theology and economics. His career spans teaching, research, and administrative leadership roles, including Vice-Rector for Administration and later for Mission and Digital Affairs at KUL (2023-2024).

His research interests focus on business ethics, social entrepreneurship, and Catholic social teaching. He has extensively published on the intersection of Christian personalist ethics with economic principles, including works on AI in education, social enterprises, and moral norms. His publications often analyze ethical frameworks through personalism versus utilitarianism and integrate Catholic social doctrine into modern economic challenges.
His scientific awards include multiple Rector’s Prizes at KUL (2009, 2014, 2021). He has led EU-funded projects like Kuźnia liderów przedsiębiorczości społecznej and collaborated with institutions such as the Acton Institute and Nanovic Institute. He has also served as coordinator of the Family Studies program and Erasmus+ coordinator at KUL.
