Adam Sandefer

Adam Sandefer serves as an Adjunct Professor at University of the Cumberlands while maintaining an active legal practice at Peace Law PLLC. His expertise spans Chapter 7/13 bankruptcy, probate, domestic relations, criminal defense, workers compensation, and personal injury law. Previously, he worked as a Staff Attorney for Kentucky's 42nd Judicial Circuit under Judge Jamie Jameson.

Professor Sandefer holds a Juris Doctor degree from Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University (graduated cum laude) and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Georgetown College (magna cum laude). His scholarly interests focus on bankruptcy code developments and Fourth Amendment jurisprudence.
