Adam Powley

Adam Powley is a Teaching Professor in the Department of History at Coastal Carolina University. He has over a decade of experience in History education, transitioning from a 7th-grade Social Studies teacher in New York to roles as an adjunct professor at Horry Georgetown Technical College and Dual Enrollment American History Teacher at HCS Early College High School since 2008. His work focuses on pedagogical innovation in Social Studies and preservation of historical heritage.
