Adam Leach

Adam Leach is the NCIA Programme Director at Sheffield Hallam University, leading a £4.3M Research England-funded initiative to drive societal change through university collaboration. Previously, he served as Senior Specialist Manager, focusing on regional educational strategies and workforce development in South Yorkshire. He holds a BA (Hons) in Politics from Sheffield Hallam and an MSc in Politics (Research Methods) from the University of Sheffield.

His research emphasizes leveraging educational institutions to address societal challenges, with a focus on early years education, policy analysis, and data-driven decision-making. He leads collaborative teams across universities and external partners to enhance community engagement and policy effectiveness.
