Adam Kho is an Assistant Professor of Educational Policy Studies and Evaluation at the University of Kentucky's College of Education. His research examines school reform using quantitative methods, with focus on teacher recruitment, accountability systems, and educational equity.
Research Focus: School turnaround strategies, charter school performance, teacher evaluation systems, and equity implications of education policies. Current projects investigate teacher workforce dynamics, COVID-19 impacts on schools, and predictive validity of charter authorizer evaluations.
