Abel Muñiz

Abel Muñiz is a Research Fellow at the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela, affiliated with the Department of Chemical Engineering at the School of Engineering. His research focuses on enzymatic transformation of natural molecules, bioprocess optimization, and determination of biological properties, with a particular emphasis on sustainable technologies for high-value product synthesis.
