Abbas Keramati

Abbas Keramati, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Teaching in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the University at Buffalo. His research focuses on business analytics, information technology management, and e-Adoption, with a strong emphasis on applying operations research and data-driven methodologies to healthcare, supply chain optimization, and CRM systems. He holds degrees from Tarbiat Modares University (PhD, 2005), the University of Tehran (MS, 1998), and Sharif University of Technology (BS, 1996).
