Aarthi Rajaraman

Aarthi Rajaraman is a Professor at La Salle Campus Barcelona (Universitat Ramon Llull), specializing in Sports Marketing. A San Francisco native who has been based in Barcelona since 2005, she brings extensive industry experience from her previous roles as a sports television producer at HBO Sports, Fox, Tennis Channel, CBS, and ESPN.

Her academic career began in 2006, initially teaching at IESE (Universidad de Navarra) and European University before joining La Salle. She teaches Sports Marketing and related subjects, combining her practical industry knowledge with academic expertise.

• Sports Marketing strategies and consumer behavior
• Sports media production and broadcasting
• Live sports event management and marketing
• Sports journalism and digital media
• International sports business practices

Her professional background includes producing features, ENG (Electronic News Gathering), and live events across major global locations including Australia, Paris, London, and New York. She has also contributed to online and print media through Slam magazine online and Vanity Fair.
