Aaron Gain is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Business and Law, University of Brighton. His research focuses on employee ownership, organizational development, and alternative organizational forms, particularly within health and social care sectors. He previously worked in the NHS, private sector, and social enterprises over 25 years, and holds a PhD from the University of Sussex (2020).
