Professor Antonia Dolores Asencio Martinez is affiliated with the Department of Applied Biology at Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH). She serves as a research group director focusing on Biodiversity, Taxonomy, Phylogeny, Ecophysiology, and Biotechnology of algae.
