ALEJANDRO JOSE TOBAR QUINTANAR

ALEJANDRO JOSE TOBAR QUINTANAR is a University Professor at the Department of Electronics and Computing, Faculty of Physics, University of Santiago de Compostela. His research is associated with the Strategic Grouping in Materials (AEMAT) and the LABSIS Systems Laboratory.

• Education: PhD (1992) from University of Santiago de Compostela with thesis "Classification of terrestrial resources using hybrid methods, fuzzy logic and neural networks from multispectral images".

His research focuses on applying computational methods like fuzzy logic and neural networks to image processing and resource classification. Collaborations include work in materials science and systems engineering through institutional research groups.
