AJ Beechko serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law and Entrepreneurship at the Randall W. Lewis School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), a position he has held since joining the Entrepreneurship Team in 2017. Concurrently, he works as Deputy County Counsel for San Bernardino County and maintains a private practice focused on corporate representation.
His professional expertise spans corporate litigation, intellectual property protection, software licensing, employment disputes, and complex contract negotiations. Professor Beechko advises small-to-medium enterprises and educational institutions on business transactions, asset sales, liquidation, and employment litigation while also defending vulnerable populations as court-appointed counsel for Riverside County Superior Court.
